I think that the SnS is a good all-round weapon to use. It depends on what kind of wyvern/monster you are fighting though, so it is best to have a little bit of variety.

I recomend great swords just because of their amazing strength and theres so many diffrent variations but if you don't like or can't use a great sword then anything with watter or dragon atrib is very helpful and is good against most monsters

I personally like the lances. If you are more of a attack person, choose the great sword of the mace. If you are more of a defence person, choose the sword and sheild and lance. If you like range, pick the bowgun.

It dependds On What You Prefer I Prefer Bowguns

Sword And Shield-Quick To Attack And Can Block And U Can Run With It Out

Great Sword-Strong, Does Alot Of Damage And Can Block But Slow

Lance- Medium Range, Can Block While Attacking And There Pretty Strong

Hammers-Strong But Cant Block

Dual Swords- Really Fast And Good But Cant Block You Can Run Wit It Out

Light BowGun-Long Range Strong Use Different Elements But Cant Block

Heavy Bowguns-Long Range Really Strong But Usually Slow To Reload And U Walk With It Out And You Use Different Elements
