Question for Monster Hunter Freedom

How in the world do you get a medium monster bone without going through a whole bunch of trouble?

You can get medium monster bones by carving Apceros, but this can take a while to do if you want to obtain a number of them. You can get them in rewards for killing some wyverns, such as cephadrome, and also some kut ku quests.
