What is a picine as I canot do the deliver the piscine livers please help

They are the things in the sand and have a fin up when they are going around in sand in area 1 and 2 they are very easy to kill.
A piscine is either a cephalos or a plesioth
In your perticular quest, you have to kill cephalos. In the desert there are two large areas (i think they are area 3 and 4, I can't remember.) In these areas, you will see fins that are swimming around in the sand. They are cephalos. You need to kill and carve them, to obtain piscine livers.
