Question for Monster Hunter Freedom

How do you slay a Gravios?
P.S. The armour I use is:Rathalos Helm
Kut ku mail
Kut ku Vambraces
Kut ku Tasset
Genprey Greaves
And my weapon of choice is the Poison Battle Axe
And where do you get Antisperic ore (I can't remember how to spell it)
