how do you do quest's in the gathering hall that require more th

I found that to do a quest in the gathering hall you need someone to do it with you. Is there a way to get one of the game generated hunters walking around the village or hanging in the gathering hall to help you? Every time I talk to one of them they just tell me that they can't team up with me because I'm inexperienced, and the guy over by the table in the gathering hall says that he wants to team up with someone, but he's inexperienced and doesn't want to slow me down.

Or do you need someone else playing the game to help?

I don't know anyone else that has the game so if I do have to team up with someone else thats playing the game, how do I do that?

Can you find people on the online gathering hall?????
