Question for Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops Plus
Does MGSPO+ have a storyline to it in the credits it shows voices of characters I didn't see in the game or heard about them? Also when I was playing online this guy said he wants to "clone" one of my guys he did but when I got back to play an infinity mission my whole team was gone which sucks can someone help that'll be great. And don't trust anyone who wants to "clone" one of your guys I learned the hard way :( it was my best team too

Alright.
Part 1: MPO Uniques
There is no storyline. The names are the voice actors of MPO uniques. You can get these into the game by having an MPO save on your Memory Card, then finding them in Infinity Mission as Prisoners. (If you have Media Manager, you can download a save off the internet.)
Part 2: Cloning
Cloning is safe, IF you know what you are doing. There are two methods for doing this. In an RC game that isn't CR, if you are the clonee, you can be doing one of two ways.
I. The Fast Abort
Once the Cloner has killed your characters, you can A. Go to the PSP Start-up screen with Home Button. (Not the Infrastructure Menu.) An alternate way to this is to take the battery pack out.
II. Eject Method
Once you have been cloned, have the host eject you.
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE DONE THIS BEFORE THE ROUND ENDS, OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR SOLDIERS.
