Question for Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops

Is there any advice on how to get better engineers because I only got lvl 75.
And also how does the gps scanner work

Right, to get better Engineers you need to go to the Plant (Where you fought Metal Gear RAXA) then knock out all the guards, there are two guy's in blue M4 suits. Knock them out and drag them back to the truck and you can get level A and sometimes S Engineers!

Oh and I don't have a GPS attachment so I can't help you with that one.

I don't know the gps scanner works but the best place to find good Techys is the plant level after you've beaten metal gear. There is only ever 2 there so you have 2 keep abortin mission after you've kidnapped them. Only take the guys in grey boiler suits. I suggest you put a soldier with the career of bait on the team you take in the mission. I did this and now av 4 S class techys. It takes a while so b patient. Hope this helps ya. Dexter.

I am having trouble with the Tech thing, but I know about the GPS signal thing. Its used to get new recruits. Ive done it before. If you are connect to the internet, you might get a person. The better connected to the internet you are, the better chance you have of getting a new recruit. I think it's a rubbish idea. I mean, what the hell has that got to do with the game?
