Right ok your questions a bit confusing but to get the GAKO guy you need collect 100 GAKOS!

There is an easier way to get GAKO man, go to recruit people and enter in a password that you can get off of the internet. If you enter it in correctly you will imediately get him and you can also get others by doing this like Gene and the perfect soldger.
