Question for Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops
Well on the hints screen it say's that if you can get your tech level to 99 and finish the game you get the stealth camo. Well if got two S's and the rest are A level but the statistic only say's 88 so can someone tell me how to get to 99 please!

You need to get mostly all S's to get 99. I have about 5 people with S's and I'm still not up to 99 as well. Try using some of the recruit cheats or passwords to get some of the better people, alot of them have S's in tech.
