You get more hp by beating the game, beating mirage arena bosses, and by melding items into abilties and thats how and you get strength by leveling up

The best way to get Hp boost is by melding
Strike Raid Blizzard Soothing Crystal.
You'll come out with a Blizzard Raid Hp boost.
Do this a couple of times to get the Max amount of Hp Boosts Possible.

As for Strength you need better weapons and to just level up.

no you must do it whith fire+fire and soothing cristalGuest answered:
It will get random so just try tell you get it but don't try the same skills I combined cure and cure and got cura with item boost then cure with another cure and got hp boost
