Yes leveling is pretty easy at least until you hit lvl 40, the it takes longer. But if your looking to grind there are two spots I'd recommend along with a good strategy to increase the speed.

First beat the game as Terra, Ventus or Aqua. Reload any of your save files and head to the world map. The two worlds with the best exp gain are Keyblade Graveyard and Radiant Garden. Both are a battle lvl 10.

For the keyblade graveyard head to the place with the twisters and fight the monsters there using Magenega (Magnet highest form) to draw your enemies close followed by a Mine Square. Then sit and wait. When the spell ends they land on the mines and either die or are close to death. Cast Magenega again and repeat the process.

The only problem with doing this in the KBG is that you might have some unversed that don't get drawn in by the spell and kill you from afar.

This is why I do it at Radiant Garden. Load only of your files after you've cleared the game and head to RG. Now run over to the place where you fought Trinity Armor on your first visit with Magenega and Mine Sheild. Now just repeat the original strategy listed above and you'll kill about five or six swarms of monsters in five to ten minutes. Earns about 3000 exp each time. The just walk out the area and re-enter it to repeat until satisfied.

you forgot to mention that this only works if you already finshed the final episode...

Axionas answered:

It really depends if you are grinding or not.

When grinding, you level up pretty fast, I managed to get to level 30 in a day.

If your just going through the game, then you will end up around level 18 at the end.

So yeah, it is easy to level up.

*Well if you cant level up so fast just go
back to other worlds like in Ven's story
I just go back in Cinderela then I've got 16
then in radiant garden I've been 20 in.*

Guest said: 3rd May 2013 | REPORT
just go to radiant garden same stop as trinity armor get some mega flares lower hp to 25% ativate exp chance skill and get 3k exp in less than 2 minutes.

Guest answered:

Yes what the person above said is true u can return to those worlds and continually fight unversed but in the keyblade graveyard if u die no worries retry and your exp will stay the same as when u died so in other words fight til the last wave deafeat a few then die n retry its alot faster thn continuing and or reloading save data

Guest answered:

I just Went to The Mirage Arena and i got to level 27 in a few minutes. I Grinded the first mirage arena challenge for about 5 or 6 mins.

Guest answered:

There's a problem with that, Aqua doesn't get a combat Level 10 in Radiant Garden like Ven or Terra. Of course, the Keyblade Graveyard is still Level 10, but it's still substantially harder for her than Ven or Terra

Guest answered:

ok u know what i do? in keyblade grave yard i get all magic flares each time i use it kills all the unversed and i go on to the next tornado once i run out of tornados i leave and come back( i get like ALOT of fast easy xp )( im level 65....for now)

i find it easiest to use mikceys d link (leveled up complletely) then go around killing unversed
Guest answered:

use the meld comands with the chaos crystals because you eventually will unlock whats called EXP walker which gives you one EXP for every step you take

Guest answered:

the best place to level up is the mirage area you can just challenge and challenge and you get exp plus you can buy chaos gems with the medals you earn

Guest answered:

ok theres a better way than suggested for the stupid radient garden. I am now level 77 and i got to that from 20 in one day. Its simple, go to the same place where you fought the trinity armour. But you need to first meld out four mega flares, then go in and spam 2 mega flares. After you spamed the mega flares, just leave and repeat again. Youll gain around 70k exp in 15 minutes, but if you have exp walker, exp chance, plus exp boost, and a reload boost, you will get the 70k in like 5 min, but at my level its only like 2 lvls in 15min.

Guest answered:

When u get exp walker just tape the analog stick to the side (with ac adapter) and go to sleep awke up and boom got from lvl30 to lvl 54 in two nights
(i was on arena mode almost all day)

I use the mirage arena and use mega flares to get past all of the unversed and then just kill the boss. It only took me almost 10 min to get past the easy challenges. I gained about 9 levels.

Guest answered:

Aqua Is the hardest chracter to level up plus people wnat use her Final episode because they already trained her and she has the strongest keyblade. Well here is what you do. Go to mirage arena and get to level 30. This will also up you some levels then beat the final match to unlock Ultima keyblade Aqua's second best weapon. Stronger then Bright crest in both categories. During the day level grind in radiant garden. It took me 3 minutes to go up a level. Then at night tie a rubber band around the analog stick so she gains some levels effortlessly. You will not go from level 40 to 99 in a day this will take maybe a week or 2. I have been up for 24 hours and only upped her 10 levels. So it is not easy there is o easy trick like in KH2. MY ven is still only level 77 I though I do have no name ultima and void gear so I stooped like few days ago

how did you get ultima and void gear for him...
Guest answered:

What I found easy, was go to mysterious tower, select that characters best keyblade (that you have) get all combo pluses and two mega flares, now walk outside, make all increase spawn, use mega flare, kill any stragglers, walk inside the tower, and repeat

Do you have the ability "Zero Exp" equipped? If so, take it off.
Guest answered:

OK. I commented 2 weeks ago and no one answered the
Level 1 thing, next level 53 please help Smile ...guest...

Guest answered:

I have found an extremely effective way to level up. You can get 970 experience in 20.5 seconds (I timed it). This is not done in the final episode, I have not tried it there yet. Head to Neverland and go to Rainbow Falls: Base. From there head to Seacoast. Make sure to have four Mega Flare's equipped. Go forward to encounter a Triple Wrecker and two Vile Phial. Quickly roll to the right to encounter two Flood, two Yellow Mustard, and a Vile Phial. Press [TRIANGLE] to use Mega Flare, and all of them should go down. You will get about 100 munny and a few items. I leveled up from 53-54 in 7 minutes and 27 seconds.

Guest answered:

In Neverland, go to the seacoast and d-link with Mickey which gets you double exp. Then go through to rainbow falls base, kill the unversed in there to fill up your d-link then go back through the seacoast towards mermaid lagoon. Prince and repeat. This gets you just under 4000 exp per trip through seacoast which takes about a minute if you do it right. This got me from lvl 50 to lvl 80 in about 2 days.
Only works for ventus and aqua.
Enjoy

A good spot is in deep space too equip 3 megaflares and a victory pose get exp chance ability and put your hp to 25% beat the unversed in the launch deck and every time you beat unversed use victory pose also equip pixie petal and disable ALL of the prize abilities and don't go near the enemy and easy exp!!! Hope this helps
