Portable swamp

In the courtyard, I went up the stairs, then I turned right until I found a tree. I climbed until I couldn't anymore because it looks like its's broken. So, I moved down a little and turned left and walked on the edge of the building all the way to the end. Then, I jumped to the left to the edge of the tower and moved around until the end. I didn't see anything there. Am I in the right place? Or Do I have to go to the opposite side where I climbed to get the camera? If so, how can I climb there since the table it's gone. Thanks for your hint. I hope you can answer this one. I haven't been able to go any further.

Its not where the camara was it's where the stairs are go to the pipe then when you see a ledge on the left hand side climg along it then go up until you find another ledge on the left hand side then go along that then go up the pipe a little bit and go to the left side there should be a roof keep running until you come to a big opening there you should see the portable swamp then levatate it down into the middle of the paved courtyard
