To turn into super saiyan 4 you have to finish all the dragon walker and then play free play as goku super saiyan 3 and your partner supposed to be kid gohan as super saiyan 1. If you win the battle you unlocked super saiyan 4 and 5
To really turn into super saiyan 4 all you have to do is go in free battle and choose super saiyan 3 and let your partner be vegeta and win the battle .after that finish all the dragon walker
You can never transform into a super saiyan 4 in tenkaichi tag team these two are making some pranks they are talking nonsense
