How do you do the "PURSUIT FINISH"
I've tried many times, but can never do them successfully.

Use goku, keep on pressing triangle until the enemy flies away.
While the enemy goes flying, keep on pressing are.

USE GOKU.
Den keep pressing Triangle
And as soon as you finish your combo press R and box and R and box and R rapidly..
It takes a lot of time to practice

Oh! Okay! I've been able to do that easily with Android 18, Cell, and Gotenks. I was just unsure if that was considered a "Pursuit Finish" or not. Thanks!

Its not that hard, you can use any character for it. Its one of the easiest techniques.

U Can use character but you have to make the opponent fly with a combo andpress R button many times
