How do you unlock gogeta super cell and super freiza because I don't get the cheats

You don't need cheats to unlock them..Just keep playing then you will unlcock them already..I think Gogeta will be unlock in chapter 6 or 7!!
If I recall Correctly, Cell(Super Perfect Form) can be unlocked after completing Chapter 2 Alternate Path.
Just choose the mission: "Go to Korin Tower and Get the Senzu Beans!" Mission on the Map to access the Bottom Alternate Path.
I believe that's how I unlocked him.
As for Frieza(100% Full Power) and Gogeta, I can't Remember how I unlocked them.
