To defeat Hard Balls, get through the burnt down city as fast as you can. Then his bus comes along. DON'T JUMP INTO THE GUARDS CARS, IT JUST SLOWS YOU DOWN!!! Take out the guards cars with your gun and while doing that, use brute force, until you get full justice. Start shooting Hard Balls and if your cars going to explode, use Justice. Then shoot out the other guards, shoot the dudes ripping up the bus while still using brute force to get full justice and shoot Hrad Balls again. Keep repeatin this until he's back in prison.

To protect the president all you have to do is stay realy close to him but not to close. The when dead eye comes you will be right there and not to far behind. Then when you caught up with them the president will have his health in the light green.Then quickly drive in between the president and dead eye and make sure that you stay like that and start blasting at dead eye. Thats how you beat mission number 3.
