There is no Legend mode in NCAA 07, 08 has the Campus Legend mode though.

You can't create your own player except if you edit a pre-existing player and Reggie Bush is on the Saints, but in college he was with the USC Trojans.

When your creating a player, after you do the stats and biography is there a way to edit his on field equipment?

There is no way to edit your created players on field equipment.

How do you do the 40 yard dash for ncaa football 07?

You have to wait for your guy to get in a stance. It should then say go then you tap x fast.
