Hi...here is an easy way to get flashbombs. all you have to do is to talk to the village chief and choose level 2, and then choose "The Formidable Velocidrome". When you are in the mission open the blue supply box,take what you need but DON�T USE the flashbombs,keep them.

Clear the mission and go home to your house.Put the flashbombs into the item box. Keep doing this and you will have a lot of flashbombs...Remember you get 4 flashbombs for each quest.
