For the mission, get the Colt Python on the right of the hallway and shoot them one by one. If they get too close run but keep TAPPING( not hold ) the X button on the PSP and PS2. If you did everything correctly, you should have at least two shots left. Another tip is to watch Badinfos' video on finding all hidden packages.
