There are no cheat codes currently available for Football Manager 2008. What we do know about the game is that there are new skins and layouts which have been specifically designed to give players better navigation. The PSP edition of the game has a faster enhanced match engine which is optimised to limit waiting and loading times and it is now possible to customise tactics and exchange them with other users. A new feature introduced for the PSP edition of the game is that you can now have a reserve squad.
