Use the following simple trick when you find supplies but do not have enough room in your inventory to pick them up. Let's say for example you have approached a shelf and found some Alcohol but discover you unable to pick it up because you do not have any room left in your inventory. If you have the resources to craft a Molotov or Health kit which both require Alcohol you will open up room in your inventory and allow you to grab the Alcohol on the shelf. If you keep this trick in mind you will be able to pick up the maximum amount of supplies.
