To get the 1986 achievement/trophy you must find the secret code. You will be able obtain this achievement/trophy in the second half of Episode 1 after stopping the alarm clock. Once the alarm clock has stopped head to the kitchen and type (without the quotes):

Entering this will unlock the 1986 achievement/trophy.
