How to unlock the The Chart Achievement/Trophy
To get The Chart achievement/trophy you must learn more about yourself. You will be able to get this secret achievement/trophy in the second half of Episode 2 during the 'text adventure' part of the episode when you are lying in a bed in a hospital room. To obtain the achievement/trophy you simply have to read the 'writings' that represent your chart before you leave the room.
