How to unlock the Cleansed Achievement/Trophy

To get the secret Cleansed achievement/trophy you must be hygiene conscious in Ward 4. You will be able to obtain this achievement/trophy in the fourth (final) story. From the room you start at head to where the corridor takes a right turn. In front of you on the left is the door for Ward 4 and outside of it is a hand sanitiser dispeser. You will get the Cleansed achievement/trophy as a reward when you use it to clean your hands.
