How to get the Extinguished Achievement/Trophy

To get the Extinguished achievement/trophy you must defeat Surtr, God of Fire. This boss is very slow and doesn’t spawn any minions making him the easiest boss to defeat in Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice.

Always dodge sideways when you fight Surtr, and he will almost always miss you. Keep hitting Surtr with heavy attacks, so he kneels down and is surrounded by fire. You will not be harmed by the fire so rush towards him and land some heavy attacks from behind while he kneels. Doing this will quickly deplete his health. If Surtr knocks you on the ground press X on your PlayStation controller (A on Xbox controller) to quickly get back up. Stop attacking when Surtr starts burning and press R2 to use your vision. This will stop him from burning and make him vulnerable. Once you have defeated Surtr you will get the achievement/trophy.
