How do you capture the Wild Tera type Pokemon?

These are wild Pokemon which have a golden aura surrounding them and can be battled just like any other Pokemon in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet. In order to have a chance at catching them you first need to deplete their HP enough to break through their transformations and force them to revert to their standard non-Terastallized forms. Once you have managed this it's a simple case of throwing a Pokeball at them.
