Gift Pokemon

There are a total of six Gift Pokemon you can receive in Pokemon Gold.


Gift Pokemon:


Starter Pokemon:

The first Gift Pokemon you'll receive is your Starter Pokemon. You'll receive it in New Bark Town from the Professor.

Gift Pokemon: Chikorita, Cyndaquil, or Totodile (Each Level 5)


Egg:

The next Gift Pokemon you'll receive is in the form of an Egg. You'll receive it from the Violet City Pokemon Center, after you have defeated the Violet City Gym.

Gift Pokemon (After Hatching): Togepi (Level 5)


Carrier Bird:

The next Gift Pokemon you'll receive is a Carrier Spearow. You'll receive it on Route 35. In order to keep this Pokemon, you will need to move the Mail from Spearow to another Pokemon.

Gift Pokemon: Spearow (Level 10)


Bill's House:

The next Gift Pokemon you'll receive is given to you in Bill's House in Goldenrod City.

Gift Pokemon: Eevee (Level 20)


Cianwood City:

The next Gift Pokemon you'll receive will be given to you in Cianwood City. After some time, this trainer will want his Pokemon back, but it's up to you do so or not.

Gift Pokemon: Shuckle (Level 15)


Mt. Mortar:

The next Gift Pokemon you'll receive will be given to you in Mt. Mortar. You'll be given this Pokemon after you defeat the Karate King.

Gift Pokemon: Tyrogue (Level 10)
