In order to have your character perform a charged attack in Zanki Zero: Last Beginnings you must hold down the Square button on your PlayStation controller, and watch the attack go round. Hold down and repeat three more times so when you then unleash it on the enemy the attack will have four times the power instead of one. The game does not teach you how charge attacks and knowing how to do this will make boss fights a lot easier, even with the cooldown times.
