To get the What's that Funny Noise? Achievement/trophy you need to repair your car in the Service Park. You will be able to do this in Career mode when you get to a longer championship, such as a 4-day event. After you have completed several races an option will appear on screen to either 'repair the car yourself' or 'fast repair'. Regardless of which option you select the achievement/trophy will unlock after the next event.
