Highest Difficulty Setting in Arcade Mode

If you hold L1 while selecting your opponent you will be able to battle against any character at the maximum difficulty. In each case there will be a confirmation sound to indicate that this cheat has been enabled. Note: You can do this with multiple CPU controlled characters.
