How to get the Plague Tower Quest

You will not be able to unlock the Plague Tower quest until you reach Level 14, this will be when Sergeant Knox in the Protector's Enclave offers you a series of tasks called the Spellplague Arc. Successfully completing these tasks will lead you to the Plague Tower quest which you must then complete to unlock the Plague Tower achievement/trophy.
