QR Code Locations

There are 16 hidden QR Code locations in total and 1 QR Code Investigation mission which becomes unlocked when you have found ALL the QR codes. Finding ALL the QR Codes will also earn you the Read-only Trophy and a Tommy gun. To reveal the code locations on your map you must first unlock ALL the ctOS towers. All Codes are saved automatically when you find them.
