1. Click the "Start" button on your controller while on your lot.

2. Press the buttons "R1", "L1", "R2", and "L2" at the same time and accept.

3. Go to "Build and Buy" and press "Buy".

4. Scroll down to "Decor" and then scroll down to "Misc."

5. The first item should be "Spoot, the Magic Llama". Select him and put him down on your lot.

6. Get your sim to select Spoot and then select the option "The Motherload" ("The Motherload" gives you $50,000 everytime you select it)

7. Enjoy your unlimited cash!
