Unlock Gold Icon:
Complete the 'Endless' setlist on the 'Hard' difficulty setting.
Unlock Inverse Colours:
Complete the 'Endless' setlist on the 'Medium' difficulty setting.
Unlock Platinum Icon:
Complete the 'Endless' setlist on the 'Expert' difficulty setting.
