Ok so go out side the door where you first go up the elevator but don't go inside that building then just inside that little alley way that leads to the door on one of the walls it will say ' mace' graffitied on the bottom left of the wall look up and there will be a little hole and put the slithering dark in there and kill the guy and there is also a costume up there might as well grab it
