Question for The Darkness

How do you kick in the bathroom stall door to obtain the key to get to cityhall? It says if you have a 360 just to use the A button and kick it in, but I have a PS3 and no button works.

I have the ps3 version and all I done was find the out of order sign and the button was triangle or cross but I did flush all toilets first maybe that helped

I know nothing about the Darkness on 360. But on playstation 3 get into the men's room and stand in front of the door that says: OUT OF ORDER.
It has to say: X KICK IN DOOR.
