What is the "bullseye trap"? I've been googling it for fifteen minutes and the only thing that I get is that you have to kill five menials with it to get the "twirly whirly" skill point. I have no clue and there is no other mention on it anywhere that I can find.

The bullseye trap is basically when you shoot a tag in mid air and it freezes in one spot. KEep shooting, and the shots will make a ring around the bullseye tag. Hold L1 keep it in place, if you don't it'll seperate and you wasted a tag and bullets.
Fire a tag. Make sure to keep L1 pressed. Fire some rounds of Bullseye. There's a tag trap. Make sure to keep it pressed down or you'll waste a tag and some ammo.
