Question for LittleBigPlanet

I really can't get passed the Bunker Level! The spinning wheel? No matter what I do, what hints I get given, I can't do it! Im not usually a gaming person but this one level is super annoing. If anyone can give me a really good tip so I can get passed it, that would be really awsome! Please help me...
