Is there a sniper cheat ?
Is there a sniper cheat in gta 5 online ? I was getting snipped by someone and then he walked up to me with no passive mode or pause and my guns had no effect. I got him 8 times to his 35 .

Depending on his level, at 135 you can carry 10 Heavy Armor Vest. Each time he kills you he had time to put on a new vest and eat enough snacks to replenish his heath. If you are level 50. Your actually only at half a life bar, each time you level up it will show Max Life 50/100. Your level is the percentage, so you will be fighting a tough fight. Use your inventory wisely.

Yeah, ive had it happen a few times. When i try to snipe some players it wont let me shoot them. It has nothing to do with rank. Its some kind of mod or cheat.
