Question for Fallout 3
In Fallout 3 (my first playthrough) I have Charon and I did the DLC Add-On Operation Anchorage. I got all the stuff I wanted from the armory and left. I couldn't find him so I went to "The Ninth Circle" and I still can't find him what do I do?
