I wouldn't,just buy 2-3 DLC packs with your current version of the game.I recommend downloading Broken Steel,Point Lookout,and the Pitt

Well, if you don't have PSN, then yes. If you do, then no. Sell Fallout 3 and get the GOTY edition, which has all five DLC's. If you have PSN, then get Broken Steel by a mile, then Point Lookout, the others you can choose from.
