How do you find insulin and a lightweight frames?
On the team side missions I need one more insulin and I need 2 lightweight frames to complete all team side missions. Can't find either.

In flooded jungle by the lady you sell blades to, there is a pack against the wall right before her entrance, there is an insulin right next to that
