Unlimited Skill Points
This can be done by getting a large amount of Element Zero and recruiting Morinth to get the Dominate skill. Purchase the Advanced Training upgrade and choose 'Dominate' which will give you a bonus Skill point which can then be used by the Retrain Powers upgrade. Keep repeating this process to get as many Skill points as you desire.
