Try restarting the mission.

Right next to where you have to do the fuses in the cockpit. There is another screen to the right and you take all of the fuses from there because it is already broke. But the fuses work.

Go back to the beach. Ask questions of survivors. Head back inland and go to darkness. Be careful of snipers shooting at you. Run through forest till you find the boat. Collect dynamite from boat and photograph skeleton. Go back through jungle past snipers (dont run .. dynamite will explode). Shoot snipers if you have gun. Otherwise sneak past very carefully. Head nack through Darkness and evade Black Smoke very carefully till you head out of Jungle. Hope this helps. (Maybe someone has better tips to move around Black SMoke.)

I'm pretty sure (though not certain, can't really remember) that the numbers are actually the answers to the IQ tests...

Anyway, there are options to navigate the doors. Leaving the lights on, and one of the doors locked, you can see another secret map on another one of the doors.
