First go to freeside the go to silver rush when you are in silver rush you might have to wait a little till the guards move out of your way then go to the place where they sell guns and then take one. then you hope they dont shoot. you can take one more then wait one ay OUTSIDE the shop and go back in and steal another and you can keep doing that
