= IV. Race Events =
===================
Race - I think you know what to do in this event. Try to get 1st, 2nd or 3rd
to win a Medal. If any of you are familiar with the Driver Series some of
these races will remind you of the "Mission 5: "The Chase"" of Driv3r.
Road Rage - In this Event you want to take down as many Rivals as you can in
the allotted time.
Preview/Burning Lap = This is a Time Trial Race you need to cross the finish
line before time runs out. This is just to give you a preview of a vehicle
you don't have yet.
Eliminator - For this race you don't want to crash much. Every lap you do the
person in last place will blow up. Whichever Rival Remains by the Final Lap
is the one you will need to beat to win this Race.
Face Off - Beat your Rival to win his Wheels.
Grand Prix - This is a series of races 3 in all. You need to score high by
the end of the three races.

= V. Crash Junction Tips =
==========================
I'm guessing most will be playing this mode and Road Rage most of all. Being
in Crash mode will get you on many different Crash Streets Intersecting
with Carnage and Mayhem (My Favorite words). These next parts will
hopefully give you a rough Idea on what you need to do in each Crash
Junction. It should also help you get Gold Medals that you might be having a
hard time acquiring.
When you first get into a Crash Junction be sure to watch the fly over scene
it points out the Pick-ups of that particular Junction. Plan your route from
that seeing how to get to the more profitable Pick-ups. You will also want to
stop all lanes of moving traffic. If you see vehicles just sitting at a Crash
Junction you will want to slide near them and use your crashbreaker to add
them to the damage total.
Boost Pick-ups may or may not help you. They don't really help your Damage
amount unless you need to hit something hard like a Gas Tanker. You can
decide on if you need to use it on a Crash to Crash basis. I will mention at
times when you won't want to use it.
If you missed something in one of the strategies below you may want to wait
for the total damage amount before resetting. I tried to make strategies to
exceed Gold Medal standards to ensure you would get Gold. You still may
get gold even with missing one of the Pick-ups. Unless it's a 4x Multiplier
then you may or may not make it to gold.
Some of these Crash Junctions have many ways of doing it to get a Gold Medal
and others only have one way. I have used my best strategy for the Crash
Junction plus I added an Alternative method for some of the others.
There is 3 Cash pick-ups to get they are:
Gold Cash Pick-up - This is worth 20,000
Silver Cash Pick-up - This is worth 10,000
Bronze Cash Pick-up - This is worth 5,000
The main ones you will always want to get in all of the Crash Junctions is of
course the Silver and Gold Pick-ups if you can.
There is 2 Multiplier Pick-ups
X2 Pick-up - Multiplies your final score by 2
X4 Pick-up - Multiplies your final score by 4
Anytime there is a 2x or 4x or both Pick-ups you will always want to try to
get both of them plus a Cash Pick-up of some kind to score high.
There is Three types of Crashbreakers to maximize Carnage and Mayhem: The
3rd one doesn't count as one but it does create Chaos which is always good.
Crashbreaker Pick-up - Touching this will instantly blow up your car causing
damage to any surrounding cars.
Manual Crashbreaker - This can be used by pushing R2 once enough cars have
crashed. Always use this even if you get all the Pick-ups as it will give you
more money just for using it. You also want to use this to hit any cars that
may not crash or to just go into opposing traffic to make both directions
will have major pile ups.
Gas Tanker Trucks - You might be wondering why would I put this here. If you
hit a Gas Tanker's Tank hard it will blow up or if you jump and land on the
tank it will give you an instant explosion. Doing this causes the same kind
of damage as the Crashbreaker's listed above do. If you see one of these at
a Crash Junction try to use it to your advantage to increase your damage
total.
Finally there is the Heartbreaker Icon. Avoid this one like the Plaque. This
is one Pick-up you do not want. If you get it you might as well restart the
Crash Junction over as it will subtract half of your total damage away from
you.

= VI. USA Crash Junctions (First Set) =

Just to let you know ahead of time. If you use a Boost start it may or may
not have an effect on the timing for the strategies for each junction with
timing of cross traffic if there is any for that junction. Some you may
notice needs a Boost Start others don't. I figure you can decide which is
better. There are sometimes multiple ways of getting a gold medal and you
don't need to get every Pick-up to get Gold at times. I just put those
strategies that would get you the most Pick-ups to ensure you get gold.

/ 001. Trailer Trash /

Grab the Boost ahead of you and get all three Cash Pick-ups at the
intersection. Hit one of the stopped RV's and Use your Crashbreaker
to get back to the intersection or to get any pickups you may have
missed.

/ 002. Cross Traffic /
$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$/
Go straight and get the Boost Pick-up in front of you. Quickly go to the left
side of the road to get the Cash bonus pick-up. Get the Bonus Pick-up that
you can see between the center dividers and go to the right side of the road
for the third and final Cash Bonus. You will more then likely hit the back of
the Big Rig. Try to move your car to the middle or farther side of this
intersection. Use your Crashbreaker and move your car towards those stopped
Buses.

/ 003. Marina Mayhem /

Get all cash bonuses and Hit the Gas Tanker that is going to the right (hit
the side of it's tank hard to make it explode with the boost pickup).
continue forward to the farthest lane to stop the traffic there and when the
clock counts down use your crashbreak to go back to where you hit the Gas
Tanker to take out a few buses (This is just incase no cars are in their
path).

/ 004. Twister /

Get the Boost ahead of you and go up hill to the right of the median at the
top of the hill. use the slanted ramp you find here. Get the Silver Cash
Pick-up and then guide your car to the Gold Cash Pick-up. If you don't quite
make it for the gold use your Crashbreaker to get over to it.

/ 005. Demolition /

Get the Boost and avoid the cars at this first intersection. Get the Bronze
and Silver Cash Pick-up and you will more then likely crash at this point.
Use your Crashbreaker to get the Gold Cash Pick-up.

/ 006. Shut Up And Jump /

Get the Boost Pick-up in front of you and the Cash Bonus in front of the
Ramp. Use the Ramp and grab the Cash and multiplier bonus in mid air. Steer
over to the right and hit the vehicle the one nearest to you in front of the
RV's. Use your CrashBreaker when the count down starts to cause extra damage.

= VII. Europe Crash Junctions (First Set) =

/ 007. Slip And Slide /

Get the Cash and Boost Pick-up in the center and then go to the right side of
the road around the corner to get another Cash Boost. You should see a
multiplier pick-up in the middle of the street. Either get it right before
you crash or use your Crashbreaker to get it. Try to get it before because it
seems to be easier to get before the Big Rigs surround it.

/ 008. Grand Slam /

Stay in the lane you are in while going around the curve ahead. Grab the boost
and the Bronze Cash Pick-up in the tunnel. Right after you get that Bronze
hit the first car in your lane head on. This should launch you up over the
cars behind it. Get the 2X multiplier Pick-up and get at least one of the
Cash Pick-ups nearby. Use your Crash Breaker to get the remaining Cash
Pick-up. You can also just get the two Cash Pick-ups first and then use
Crashbreaker to get the 2X multiplier.

/ 009. Roadblock /

Get the Boost Pick-up that is just outside of the Tunnel. Zigzag up ahead to
get the Three Cash Pickups. Hit the first vehicle in that lane after getting
the Silver Pick-up and try to guide your car to the 2X multiplier. You can
also forget about the Silver and get the Bronze and Gold it will give you
enough for a gold medal. If you just get those two and then get the 2x
Multiplier while hitting a car.

/ 010. Grapes Of Wrath /

Get passed the first intersection you come to and get the two Cash Pickups
ahead of you before crashing into traffic. Try getting the 2X multiplier
without using your Crashbreaker. Use your Crashbreaker to get any Pick-ups
you missed.

/ 011. Pump Up The Tram /

This one is a bit tricky and may take a few times to get a good score. You
will want to not want to push gas until the word "Go" shows to make the
timing at the intersection better. Get the Boost pick-up ahead of you and
then get the Cash pick-up past that. Go to the far right of the road to get
another Cash Pickup. You should see a multiplier in the middle of the street
in front of you. Time it just right to get the multiplier without touching
the back of the truck. You will want to hit the back end of the Tram Instead.
This should cause you to slow down and slide towards the stopped buses. Move
towards the center divider and get the Crashbreaker pick-up. When it
activates pull away from the buses. Get ready to use your Crashbreaker and go
directly back towards the intersection along that yellow line to the left. If
you do this right you will also get the 4x Multiplier.

/ 012. Get Bent /

Avoid the Boost ahead of you and go along the right side of the road you will
see a Cash pick-up to get. Now go along the left side of the road along the
fence and get the two Cash pick-ups here. Continue down the street left and
get the Crashbreaker Icon. Continue going down the street to get the two
Multiplier pick-ups. If you happen to crash into the wall after getting that
last Cash pick-up just try to go left along the street while avoiding the
Big Rig and use your Crashbreaker to get over to the Crashbreaker pick-up
with Multipliers.

/ 013. Corner Chaos /

This one you need to be a good driver for corners. Get the Cash Pick-up ahead
of you and stay along the wall to your left to avoid the traffic. Turn the
corner and grab one of the Pick-ups (preferably the one on the right and make
another turn. At the top of the hill get the 2X multiplier and Crash. While
in Impact time get the Crashbreaker Pick-up and try to get over to the 4X
Multiplier. You can use the traffic that is going towards the 4x to usually
push you towards it. If it does not do this you can use your Manual
Crashbreaker to get to it.

/ 014. Jack Knife City /

Use your Boost start here if you can and get the Boost Pick- down the hill.
Hold down your R1 before jumping off the ramp. Get the 2x Multiplier and Cash
Pick-up to the right in mid air. Once you have got those guide your car to
the crashbreaker near the back of the van. Guide your car to the Gold and 4x
Pick-ups. If you miss either use your Manual Crashbreaker to get them. If you
had no problem getting them use your Manual Crashbreaker to get the remaining
Crashbreaker Pick-up.

= VIII. Far East Crash Junctions (First Set) =

You need to be a good driver for this tricky one. Go to your far right and
turn left after you get the Boost Pick-up and turn the corner getting the
Silver Pick-up on it's left. Avoid hitting any of the pillars and go between
the two with the 2X multiplier. Get the Cash Pick-up right before the
intersection. Avoid the Traffic and hit the Gas Tanker at the next
intersection near the middle of the street. You should be able to get the
4x multiplier and Crashbreaker. Use your Manual Crashbreaker to cause any
extra damage or to get the 4x multiplier and Crashbreaker pick-ups.

/ 016. Paradise Peril /

Quickly go down the hill and get the Boost Pick-up. Go to the right of the
Tuk Tuk sitting there near it and get the Cash Pickup. You will want to hit
one of the cars coming up the hill to slow you down and be pushed down the
hill with that traffic. Get the 4x in the center of the Road and then use
your manual crashbreaker to come back up the hill. Get the Crashbreaker
Pick-up that is in the far right lane (If the camera is looking down the
hill that is). From the blast of that go one lane over and continue up hill
to the 2x Multiplier. You should get a Gold for getting those 4 Pick-ups.

/ 017. Rock The Dock /

(Note: This one seems to have a different outcome each time I have tried it.
You may need to try it a few times to get the gold.)
Go around the corner avoiding the Tuk's that are speeding around the corner
and at the bottom of the hill hit the car that is passing right in front of
the bronze Pick-up in the center. Guide your car to the left getting the 2x
multiplier and if you do it just right you should be able to get the
Crashbreaker Pick-up also. Continue left to get the 4x multiplier while
avoiding the Heartbreaker. Use your Manual crash breaker to try and get back
to either of the other cash picks if you can.

/ 018. Ruined Holiday /

(Note: Watch out for landing on a big rig it may take you far down the
street. Just thought I would warn you as this has happened to me a few times
where it dragged me far away from all the multipliers.)
Get the Boost Pick-up around the corner to the left and when you get to the
ramp use it (holding R1 before jumping off it). Get the Bronze Cash Pick-up
to the left of you and then get the gold one to the right of you. If you got
enough air you should just barely get the gold. Once you land aim for getting
the 4x multiplier.
(Alternative): I recommend using a Boost start for this one. This way is a
bit tricky. Once you jump off the ramp get the Bronze and Silver Pick-ups.
Land right on the 2X multiplier and the Crashbreaker Pick-up. You can either
try using that Crashbreaker to get around the Heartbreaker to get the 4x
Multiplier or use your Manual CrashBreaker to get the 4x multiplier.

/ 019. Tuk Down /

(Note: The boxes in this alley will sometimes trip up your car and slow it
down while jumping off the ramp.)
Go around the corner getting the Gold Cash Pick-up. Get the Boost pick-up to
the left and use the right side of the ramp (You will sometimes hit the pole
of the sign that you will be passing under that will slow you down). Guide
the car to the Crashbreaker Pick-up at the end of the street that you see
ahead. From that try to get the 4x Multiplier. You don't really need it to
get gold though.

/ 020. Handle With Care /

Quickly get the Boost Pick-up and then the Bronze Pick-up. Drive to the right
side of the street to get the Silver Pick-up and next you will see up ahead
the Gold Pick-up that you will want to get with a Crashbreaker Pick-up behind
it that. Once you get the Crashbreaker Pickup go to the right along this side
of the street you are on to get the 2x and 4x Multipliers.

= IX. USA Crash Junctions (Second Set) =

/ 021. Showdown /

(Note: This one can be a bit annoying until you get use to the cross traffic
because the cross traffic may crash you on the way to the Crash Junction.)
Use the Boost start and follow the curve around to the right. Get the Boost
Pick-up on the right. Avoid the cross traffic (stay to your right and get
the 2x Multiplier once you make it through. Get passed the next cross traffic
intersection (by staying in the center) and use the ramp on the left. Jump
towards the right to get the Bronze Pick-up. Once you have gotten that go to
the left to get the Gold Pick-up. You should slide right into the 4X
Multiplier.

/ 022. Leap Of Faith /

Don't use a Boost start and get the Boost Pick-up. Hit the Second Car in the
left lane of the bridge where the Silver and Crashbreaker Pick-up is (hit it
head on). Move your car over the edge of the bridge and let it fall down
onto the 4x Multiplier.

get to the Bronze/Gold Cash Pick-ups. Try to hit the wall and get hit by one
of the buses or trucks coming at you to knock you under the bridge. Use your
Manual Crashbreaker to get the 4x Multiplier.

timing the Big Rig should be just passing you. Try to move as close to the 2x
Multiplier as you can. Once your Manual Crashbreaker kicks in use it to get
the 2x and Crashbreaker Pick-ups. Once you get the Crashbreaker Pick-up move
your car left to get the 4x Multiplier.

When you are able to use your Crashbreaker use it to go up the hill to get
the 2x Multiplier.

Multiplier Pick-ups.

Pick-ups though and makes you a stuntman. Get the Boost Pick-up at the bottom
of the hill and when you use the ramp go up it only using your two right
wheels only. This should launch your car more then likely flying upside
down. Get the Cash Pick-ups to the left and try to get your 2x Multiplier
after landing. When you are going towards the 2x Multiplier you will want
to slide right into the center divider area near the Crashbreaker Pick-up. If
you do this just right the oncoming traffic will swerve into the center
divider which will hit you into the Crashbreaker Pick-up. Once you get that
Crashbreaker go for the 4x Multiplier.

the traffic lanes near you. Use your Manual Crashbreaker if you have a

the Boost Pick-up. Get the right edge of the Gold Pick-up and then move right
a little. You need to angle yourself so that you can hold left and get the
Crashbreaker with the 2x Multiplier in the center of the highway.

(Note: This one is very similar to the "Showdown" Crash Junction. The cross
traffic is more dangerous though and if you can make it through the traffic

first intersection (go behind the white pick-up truck that you see going to
the left). Get the Boost Pick-up and make it past the Second intersection
(along the right side of the intersection). Use the Ramp and get the bronze
Cash Pick-up to the left and then the Silver one on the right. Move your car
left to get the Gold Cash Pick-up and the 2x Multiplier. Try to either get
the 4x or Crashbreaker. When I did it I missed both the Crashbreaker and 4x
Multiplier and to correct that I used my Manual Crashbreaker to get back to
the Crashbreaker Pick-up. Once I got that I moved my car over to the 4x
multiplier.

Use your 1st Person view for this one. Get the Boost Pick-up ahead of you and
then get the Crashbreaker Pick-up between the vehicles ahead of you. Once you
activate it quickly go right avoiding the Heartbreaker. You should fly just
barely over a few Big rigs and snag the 2x Multiplier. Continue to your right
to get the 4x Multiplier (It takes some practice to get both without even
using a Manual Crashbreaker. Now that you got both Multipliers use your
Manual Crashbreaker and go to the center of the intersection you came from to
get the Crashbreaker there.

Get the Boost Pick-up ahead of you and turn the corner keeping the yellow
center lines between your tires. Get the Gold/Silver Cash Pick-up at the same
time and use the ramp directly in front of the Silver one it to get the 4x
Multiplier. In midair you will want to go left and get the Crashbreaker
Pick-up. Crash into as many cars as you can and then use your Manual
Crashbreaker farther down the street to hit any cars that may not be touched
by crashing cars.

Use the Boost/Ramp and get the Gold Cash Pick-up. Next you will want to get
the 2x Multiplier and then get the 4x Multiplier. You should be able to

in the oncoming lanes are not affected by your crash you may want to use
your Manual Crashbreaker to block their path.

Drive up the hill and get the Boost Pick-up. Use the ramp and get the Cash

the turn at the bottom of the hill to the left (try to land a little to the
right of the yellow lines to make that side of traffic crash also).

This one is pretty easy as long as your good with aftertouch. Get the Boost
Pick-up and avoid the traffic by going through the gap between cars. Use the
ramp that is in the middle of the road. Grab all of the Pick-ups you can and
then try to go all the way left to get the 4x Multiplier. If you couldn't
reach it use your Manual Crashbreaker to get the 4x Multiplier.

the RV right when you are landing you should hit the Crashbreaker with the 4x
Multiplier. Be sure to avoid the Heartbreaker.

This one is fairly simple. Get the Boost Pick-up and hit either side of
traffic and guide your Truck to all the Pick-ups that you can get.

Cross the center divider to your right to get the Bronze and Boost Pick-ups.
Use the ramp to get the Gold and 4x Multiplier Pick-ups in midair while

Big Rig blocks it.

Pick-ups. Use that Crashbreaker to launch you back to the other Crashbreaker
on the opposite side of this intersection.
(Alternative) You can get all the Pick-ups here. After you get the Bronze
Pick-up go to the right side of the road to get the Silver Pick-up. You will
want to just barely touch the silver on it's left and make a sharp left turn.
Hit the side of the ramp here and it should launch you forward to get all the
Pick-ups in the intersection.

Get the Boost and use the ramp ahead of you. Zig zag in the air to get all

you have enough time by the time you get your Manual Crashbreaker you will
want to try and get the Gold Cash Pick-up and the Crashbreaker Pick-up on the
far side of this road.

holding the big spools of wire hard on the passenger side of the Cab. Doing
this should cause an explosion throwing the spools everywhere. Once you can
use your Manual Crashbreaker use it to get the 4x and Crashbreaker Pick-ups.

Get the Boost Pick-up and go to the left of the road. Drift around this

can especially the 4x Multiplier. Just avoid the Heartbreaker like normal.

Go quickly towards the curve ahead and drift into the curve. Use the Ramp and

Crashbreaker Pick-up if you can. Use your Manual Crashbreaker to get anything
you may miss or can reach.

Go around the curve avoiding the Heartbreaker. Get the Boost and go up the
right ramp with your two right wheels. If you do this just right you will

Pick-up and try to land on the crashbreaker. Pick-up. Use that to get over to
the 4x Multiplier or use your Manual Crashbreaker to help you get to it.

Quickly make it up the hill and don't bother with the Boost Pick-up. Use the

Quickly go up the hill and go to the right side of the road to get the Boost
Pick-up. Get the 2x Multiplier at the very top of the hill. Make a hard turn
left to run into the back of a car going down the hill this should launch
you towards the Crashbreaker Pick-up and get the 4x Multiplier to your left
after you have activated the Crashbreaker Pick-up. that you need to get.

Use your Boost start and go down the hill to get the Boost Pick-up. Get the
Cash Pick-up and use the ramp in front of it. Guide your car to the right to
get the Silver Pick-up. Guide your car over to the Crashbreaker Pick-up and
get the Crashbreaker Pick-up and 4X Multiplier.
(Alternative) Use the Ramp on the right and jump to get the Gold Pick-up.
Guide your car over to the 2x Multiplier. You should get hit by the Big Rig at
this time. Try to guide your car to the right across a few lanes of traffic
to get the Crashbreaker. Use your Manual Crashbreaker to get the 4x Multiplier
if the Crashbreaker wasn't enough to get it.

Get the Boost Pick-up on the Curve and use the far right ramp the one with

if you miss it just continue down the hill to get the 4x Multiplier.

Takedowns are when you stop/knock them out of the race forcefully. These
Takedowns include:
2-In-A-Row - After taking down one Rival Takedown another Rival quickly.
3-In-A-Row - After getting 2-In-A-Row quickly Takedown another Rival.
4-Way Takedown - Taking down 4 Rivals at once.
Aftertouch Takedown - Once you have Crashed Use Impact Time and Hit a Rival.
Double Takedown - Taking down 2 Rivals at once.
Lucky Escape - When a Rival Tries to take you down by hitting you into
traffic and you avoid the takedown.
Psyche Out (Takedown) - Tailgate a Rival to make them fear you and they will
end up crashing themselves due to the fear of thinking you are trying to take
them down.
Revenge Takedown - After a Rival has Taken you down quickly get Revenge on
that same Rival.
Signature Takedown - This is when you takedown a rival against a Specific
Location or Vehicle.
Takedown - Taking down a single Rival.
Takedown Denied - This is when a Rival is able to avoid a Takedown.
Takedown Hot Streak - After getting 2-In-A-Row quickly takedown another
Rival.
Takedown Rampage - After getting Takedown Hot Streak quickly takedown another
Rival.
Total Takedown - Taking down all of the Rivals at Once.
Triple Takedown - Taking down 3 Rivals at Once.
Vehicle Takedowns - This happens when you use a Non-Rival car to takedown
your Rivals.

Signature Takedowns are those special takedowns that only happen when you
takedown your Rival in a specfic way. Some of these tell you the location of
the race event I found them in. This does NOT mean it is the only place to
find it. You may want to use a Road Rage event to get some of these because
Rival Cars Respawn. It does show you on the map screen (Crash Icons) of
signature crash areas.
This is how this will work:
Signature Takedown: (Location and Event that is easiest to get it in) This
will tell how to do it.
Here is the list of all 20 (I have not put specific locations for some yet. I
won't until I find a good/easy way to get them repeatedly if possible):
01. Gone Fishin': (Location: USA Silverlake) Hit a Rival Car towards the
Lake.
02. Home Wrecker: (Location: USA) Hit a Rival into an RV.
03. Pillar Driller: (Location: USA Downtown) Hit a Rival Car into a Pillar of
one of the trains/tram tracks that you go under.
04. Hit the Split: (Location: USA Downtown) Hit a Rival into the Entrance of
a Tunnel
05. Tram Ram: (Location: USA) Hit a Rival into a Tram.
06. Truck Torpedo: (Location: USA) Hit a Rival into a Truck carrying a Boat.
07. Euro Tram Ram: (Location: Europe) Hit one of your Rivals into a Tram.
08. Snowed Under: (Location: Europe) Hit one of your Rivals into a Snow Plow.
09. Avalanche!: (Location: Europe Alpine) Hit one of your Rivals off one of
the Bridges at
the Split Bridge.
10. Paid the Price!: (Location: Europe Alpine) Hit a Rival into the Toll
Booth.
11. Riviera Roustabout: (Location: Riviera Road Rage) Hit a Rival into the
Monument at the Large open circular area near the Marina.
12. Berth Trauma: (Location: Riviera Road Rage) Hit a Rival towards the large
boats (not the sailboats) when you are going along the water's edge.
13. Gate Crasher: (Location: Europe Vineyard) Hit one of your Rivals into the
Very large Stone Archway heading into the residential area..
14. Grapes of Wrath: (Location: Europe) Hit a Rival into a Wine Truck.
15. Market-Stalled (Location: Far East Golden City Road Rage) Hit a Rival
into one of the stores in the Marketplace area.
16. Tuk Down: (Location: Far East) Hit Rival into a Tuk (Motorized rickshaw
looks similar to a Golf Cart).
17. Tunnel of Shove: (Location: Far East Dockside Road Rage 2) Hit a Rival
into the entrance/divider of a tunnel.
18. Ship Wreck (Location: Far East DockSide Eliminator) Hit a Rival off the
road when you are going through the Industrial/Shipyard area.
19. Rumble in the Jungle: (Location: Far East Island Paradise Race) Hit a
Rival off the road in the Jungle Area.
20. Catch the Tour Bus: (Location: Far East Island Paradise Race) Hit a Rival
into a Bus.

= XXIV. Takedown Trophies =

You get Takedown Trophies by filling all the Requirements of the Specific
difficulty. There is four difficulties Easy, Advanced Expert, and Champion.
You may want to use the Road Rage Events to try getting these. Here is a list
of the Requirements and how to get them:
A. Easy Takedowns
01. 2 Wall Takedowns In a Race - hit 2 Rivals into a wall During any Racing
Event.
02. 1st Car Takedown - Hit 1 Rival into a Car During any Racing Event.
03. 1st Aftertouch Takedown - Use Impact Time and Hit a Rival while in Impact
Time.
04. 6 Takedowns in a row - Hit 6 Rivals and take them down all in a row
without Crashing.
05. 1st Takedown Rampage - Takedown at least 5 Rivals fast during a Racing
Event without crashing.
B. Advanced Takedowns
01. 1st Revenge Takedown - After a Rival has Taken you down quickly get
Revenge on that same Rival.
02. 1st Psyche Out Takedown - Tailgate a Rival to make them nervous/paranoid
and they will end up crashing themselves due to the fear of thinking you are
trying to take them down.
03. 1st Big Rig Takedown - Hit a Rival into a Big Rig.
04. 2 Bus Takedowns in a Race - Hit Rivals into a Bus 2 times.
05. 10 Takedowns in a Race - Get 10 Takedowns in a racing Event before it
ends.
C. Expert Takedowns
01. 1st Double Takedown - Takedown 2 Rivals at the same time.
02. 2 Tram Takedowns in a Race - Hit Rivals into a Tram 2 times.
03. 2 Trailer Takedowns in a Race - Hit Rivals into a Trailer Truck 2 times.
04. 3 Aftertouch Takedowns in a Race - After you have crashed use Impact Time
to Takedown 3 of your Rivals.
05. 20 Takedowns in a Road Rage Event - Takedown 20 Rivals during a single
Road Rage Event.
D. Champion Takedowns
01. 1st Triple Takedown - Takedown 3 Rivals at once.
1500 Total Takedowns - Rack up 1500 Total Takedowns during the course of
playing this game.
15 Takedowns in a Race - Takedown 15 Rivals in a Racing Event.
40 Takedowns in a Road Rage Event - Take down 40 Rivals in Road Rage before
time runs out.

Q. How do you Boost Start?
A. This takes practice to do it well. Hold down the Gas button and while it is
counting down tap the Brake button repeatedly to make your wheels smoke
Quickly push gas right before it says go and if you did it correctly you will
blast forward with boost flames coming out of your tail pipe(s). This only
works when you start at a stand still.

A. You need to unlock the Crash Junctions in Burnout 3 World Tour Mode in
order to have them listed in Single Event Mode.
