Enter the following cheats at the Title screen. When a cheat has been activated there will be an '!' at the top left hand corner of the screen. Enter in the cheat again to turn it off. Load your Profile to go into the game and save to make it permanent.

Unlock Free Mode:

Unlock ALL Weapons:
