When the game starts after you finish the cellar mission - head out of the kitchen door facing the wall in front of you in a crouched position - fix your right control stick that allows you to see the far back wall with a lamp on it -to the left of where the policeman is standing in the corner.

When the policeman turns and passes under the lamp on the far wall straight in front you, proceed quickly to follow him in a crouched position slightly the equivalent of one to feet behind him or a little closer and slightly to the right behind him. As you pass the corner of the wall to your right - turn to the right and go straight behind the bar to the spot on the bar where you can see one Dot on the bar - to your right is two Dots on the bar - stay crouched but looking forward at the second guard straight ahead with his back to you.

When the first guard turns around and starts to walk to back towards the area where he first started - only the time when he passes the building support pole that is next to the green hanging light - stand up and run to wall to your left, turn immediately to the right and run to the right side of the piano bench - crouch in the right corner of the piano bench while crouched down,turn to your right slowly and face the ammo box across the isle - If you timed it right, the second guard would have turned to his right and would've just walked past you. Now comes the hard part - Timing is everything. You're still in a crouched position looking over the booth wall where you can see the third guard walking towards the front door of the restaurant.

The same as you followed the first guard - follow the third guard staying about one to two feet behind him or closer, stayng slightly to the left behind him following the wall closely - when he passes the second table on the left wall, dash fast for the front door while still in a crouched position and you should make it out of the restaurant. Whew! It may take you a couple of tries to get the timing right, I've gotten through this game six times now and my time has improved each time.
