How to come through passages where you need more energy

You'll need: bed (or sleeping mat), a fireplace and ginger

1: sleep

2: cook ginger drink

3: bring drink to passage

4: drink ginger

5: click "Explore", "Climb" or whatever it says with the drink in your Sim's hand

6: watch your Sim do what you want
