2 cheats, 1 unlcoks everything, other adds cash and raises ranki

Added:

At main menu, after you push start put in R1, R2, R1, LEFT, RIGHT, R1, DOWN, DOWN. The other one is R1, R2, R1, LEFT, RIGHT, R1, UP, UP. The screen wil go black and then fade back in after you put the codes in.
